 PE-Services provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for 150,000 square feet of shell retail. Representative tenants include Dick’s Sporting Goods, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Justice Clothiers. In addition to the shell design, PE-Services did tenant improvement drawings for Dick’s Sporting Goods and Bed Bath & Beyond. Shell documents were produced in seven business days.
