 For this 225,000 square feet of shell retail, PE-Services designed the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering plans. Representative tenants include Old Navy, Payless Shoes, Michaels, and Famous Footwear. In addition to the shell design, PE-Services provided landlord improvement drawings for GNC and Payless Shoes. Shell documents were produced in seven business days.
