 PE-Services designed the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering for 80,000 square feet of shell retail. Representative tenants include Target and The Spaghetti Warehouse. In addition to the shell design, PE-Services provided landlord drawings and tenant improvement drawings for Massey’s Pizza, Famous Uncle Al’s Hotdogs, and The Spaghetti Warehouse. The shell design on this project was exceptionally fast-paced. Construction and shell documents were produced in seven business days.
