Tire Discounters

El Tipi

Majestic Fine Wines & Spirits
 PE-Services provided MEP engineering for a rollout of multiple new free standing Fat Dog beverage centers throughout Texas. Square footage for each beverage center ranges from 4,000 to 12,000.
Sonic Drive In
 PE-Services provided MEP engineering for the rollout of multiple free standing, new 2,500 SF Sonic drive in restaurants throughout the United States.
onCue Express
 Our firm conduced a rollout of multiple new free standing onCue Express convenience stores throughout Oklahoma. Each store was approximately 5,000 square feet and required the use of geothermal HVAC design.
Pie-Tanza
 PE-Services provided the in line tenant up-fit of an approximately 3,000 square foot Pie-Tanza restaurant space.
