PE-Services designed the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering for the renovation of a two-story church building into the new Society for the Prevention of Cruelty of Animals facility in Cincinnati, OH. The new SCPA features indoor and outdoor kennels, a dedicated veterinary facility, and an animal training area. The design schedule for this project was two months.
