Trent E. Beighle, PE, LEED AP
President

The founder and president of PE-Services, Trent Beighle offers both depth and breadth of experience in the design and construction industry, from field installation to estimating, project management, and design. He worked full-time for an electrical contractor while earning his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering at Wright State University. After graduating, he worked for a design-build contractor as lead engineer. Trent started his own MEP engineering business, PE-Services, and grew it into a thriving firm with retail, hospitality, and specialty clients across the United States.

Craig Slaughterbeck, LEED AP BD+C
Vice President

Craig Slaughterbeck is the lead client contact on the majority of PE-Services' projects within the Western United States. As project manager for PE-Services, he has managed a range of projects and services, from the design of large-scale developments to prototype rollouts. One of the company’s founders, Craig offers a unique perspective on the keys to PE-Services’ success. He understands the necessity for quick response and flexible design in our clients’ markets. Previously, Craig worked as a designer and Autocad operator, so he not only handles client interactions, but also understands what it takes to meet our clients’ deadlines.

Scott Csendes, AIA
VP of Operations

Scott oversees PE-Services operations nationwide and ensures our clients receive the best experience possible when working with our team. He strives to provide best-in-class customer service, efficiency, and quality deliverables for every project that comes through our doors. Scott is a proven leader in our industry and came to the firm with over 20 years of experience with a national architectural and engineering firm headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. He served most recently as their Chief Operations Officer. Scott is based out of the headquarters in Lebanon, Ohio.

Robert R. Rudolph, LEED GA, PE
VP of Engineering

PE-Services’ Electrical Engineering services are led by Rob Rudolph, who also handles project budgets and construction management services. He started in the electrical design/construction industry in 1989, working his way up from apprentice to journeyman to foreman electrician. Rob spent several years performing design, estimating, and project management duties for a wide range of projects, including small tenant improvements to large-scale residential and retail specialty complexes.
