Kent State, Kent, OH Two new identical four-story student residence structures comprised of 128 units.		Champaign, IL New three-story student residence structures. Development comprised of eight unique buildings and 265 units.

Columbus, OH Renovation of an exisitng six-story downtown building into market-rate loft style apartments.		Cincinnati, OH New three-story student residence structure comprised of 76 units. Project achieved LEED certification.
