For this eight-building complex in Champaign, Illinois, PE-Services contributed the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (design criteria) engineering. The complex includes a clubhouse, pool house, and 265 units, with eight different types assembled into eight unique buildings. The interesting challenge here was the coordination of utilities, which were previously installed before the reorganization of the buildings on the site. This project consisted of a one-month design development and schematic design phase and a one-month construction documents phase.
