For this five-story, 85-unit multifamily building, PE-Services provided design construction documents for the MEP systems. The project included a single-level ventilated garage beneath the plaza level of the building. The building included elements of sustainable design including a “green roof.” This project consisted of a two-month design development phase, two-month schematic design phase, and a four-month construction documents phase.
