PE-Services provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and emergency response system (design criteria) engineering for this 50-unit multifamily retirement village in Dayton, Ohio. The project included developing a single story ADA unit that was ganged together to create a new village of homes. This required coordination of utilities for the various building types. The design also included a new clubhouse for the neighborhood entrance. This project consisted of a two-week design development and schematic design phase and a two-week construction documents phase.
PE-Services is very easy to work with and extremely responsive. They are not only great team players, but they produce nice deliverables as well.”
