This project is a LEED-certified multifamily project, with PE-Services providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (design criteria) engineering.
The Desales Plaza Multifamily project includes three multi-story buildings with a total of 76 units. The challenge of this project was to work with an owner who is establishing their new prototype for a LEED-certified facility. This project consisted of a one-month design development phase, one-month schematic design phase, and a two-month construction documents phase.
