PE-Services designs the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering plans for a wide variety of restaurants. The clients range from national chains with many locations to local restaurateurs with just a few locations. Feature design consideration often includes high-end lighting—which PE-Services can assist with—as well as challenging HVAC issues with exhaust and outside air considerations. Turnaround time varies based on the tenant/owner requirements but generally restaurant design takes four to six weeks. Many rollout projects, though, can turn around in a week or less.
