This project included the redesign of electrical service for a 13-story hotel in downtown Columbus. The design was needed because the hotel owner demolished the existing two-pipe HVAC system in favor of individual PTAC units in each guestroom. Also included in the project were the lighting and power design for the lobby area and new restaurant. Lighting layout was closely coordinated with the architect and included fiber-optic design. This project was designed in three weeks.
