For a ground-up six-story hotel with approximately 120 guest rooms, PE-Services provided designs for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering. This project required extensive research of the Marriott brand and its requirements. Included in this design were all necessary calculations to design and specify a fire pump for the facility and a generator to back up the pump. The design schedule was approximately one month.
