PE-Services provided designs for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (performance criteria) engineering for this ground-up seven story hotel with approximately 170 guest rooms. In addition to the design for the lobby and guestrooms, PE-Services provided the MEP design for the bar and restaurant inside the hotel. This project required extensive research of the Hilton brand standards and requirements. PE-Services was involved in the project from the design development phase, where extensive research was conducted to evaluate the payback of a geothermal HVAC system, and through the construction document phase. The design schedule was approximately four months.
